A thousand cranes for Squinternet

Hi! Do you now that origami cranes have a deep meaning? Some believe that they can bring fortune and are also a good omen, especially for healing...

Salve! Sapevate che gli origami a forma di gru hanno un significato molto profondo? Si dice portino fortuna ma soprattutto sono un augurio di pronta guarigione... 

As soon as I saw vespertine's pose props, a nice thing came to my mind: while on a trip to Budapest, I met a Chinese couple in the elevator of the hotel where I was having dinner. They were folding some origami and, before I left, they gave me an azure crane. What a coincidence! That kind act struck me a lot, so I bought these lovely cranes and now I have them in-world too ^_^

Quando ho visto le pose di Vespertine, mi sono subito ricordata una cosa carina che mi è successa mentre ero a Budapest: nell'ascensore dell'hotel dove cenavo ho incontrato una coppia Cinese che piegava degli origami; prima che scendessi, me ne hanno regalato uno azzurro a forma di gru, che coincidenza eh? Questo piccolo gesto gentile mi ha molto colpito, così ho comprato queste adorabili pose per averle anche in-world ^_^
 

Their designer wrote a notecard with the meaning of origami cranes and the why of that choice: they are a good omen to Squinternet Larnia, the woman behind the awesome jewelry sold at Donna Flora, sadly affected by cancer. Many people take part at a charity event in order to support her in buying all she needs to fight her disease: some designers are selling items that wont be available once the event is over, so hurry up before Love Donna Flora closes on August 11!! We can all do something to help Squinternet, at the purposely created event or in her Mainstore, even a donation in the sweety small boxes located in almost every stand. 

Il designer che le ha create ha incluso una notecard con il significato delle gru origami e il perché di questa scelta: questi piccoli uccellini di carta sono un portafortuna per Squinternet Larnia, la creatrice dei meravigliosi gioielli e abiti di Donna Flora, purtroppo colpita dal cancro. Tantissime persone partecipano ad un evento, Love Donna Flora, per aiutarla a raccogliere i fondi necessari per comprare tutto ciò di cui ha bisogno nel combattere questa terribile malattia: molti designer hanno messo in vendita articoli che non saranno più disponibili dopo la chiusura dell'evento, quindi sbrigatevi a far shopping prima dell'undici di Agosto! Tutti possiamo far qualcosa per aiutare Squinternet, anche una donazione attraverso le deliziose scatoline presenti in quasi tutti gli stand o nella tip jar del suo Mainstore.

Let's give a hand to this talented creator, the more the merrier! Just like everyone, I hope she can recover soon and finally return to her stunning items.
